Calculations are based on the gross weight of individual parcels. HotBeadBox has the following shipping options available.

- Registered Post (highly recommended - includes insurance up to $100)
- Australia Post Express Satchels 3 & 5 Kg is tracked but not insured
International
- Air Mail (3 to 10 business days, depending on destination)
All goods are thoroughly examined before packaging to ensure they are sent in perfect condition.
Whilst we accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system please notify us if your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged and I will look into it for you.
If your goods arrive broken, Australia Post will request to view them before any claims can be made.
I highly recommend you use Registered Post in all circumstances as parcels can get damaged and lost.
Registered post includes insurance to the value of $100 for the cost of the initial $2.80.
HotBeadBox may choose to register orders at times or on the custonmer's request(approx. cost $2.30 to customer).
Contact Lily if additional insurance is required - $1.30 per $100.
Returns
Hotbeadbox does not give refunds for change of mind.
Refunds will be given in line with Trade Practices Act (1974)
